As the Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end change activities across complex transformation programmes, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, prepared, and supported throughout the change journey.Working closely with project teams, business leaders, and academic stakeholders, you will develop and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, training, and adoption activities to drive successful outcomes. You will play a critical role in helping both professional and academic staff navigate change within a highly collaborative university environment.
Your new role

What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated experience as a Change Manager delivering complex organisational or technology transformation programmes within the higher education sector.Previous university experience is essential,



with a strong understanding of the unique operating environment within higher education.Proven ability to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, academics, faculty representatives, professional services teams, and project delivery teams.Strong understanding of academic stakeholder groups and the ability to navigate the complexities of working with faculties, schools, and research communities.Experience developing and delivering change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, training approaches, and business readiness activities.Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in complex environments.Change management certification (Prosci, APMG or similar) will be highly regarded.What you'll get in return
