Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Parking Officer to join the team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for enforcing local parking regulations, monitoring parking compliance, issuing infringement notices, and providing professional assistance to members of the public.

- You will patrol designated areas on foot and by vehicle
- Investigate parking-related complaints
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Assist with traffic and parking management during events or emergencies.
- Your ability to apply legislation fairly, communicate effectively with the public, and remain professional in challenging situations will be key to your success

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience as a Parking Officer, Ranger, Compliance Officer,



or within a similar regulatory enforcement role
- Sound knowledge of parking legislation, local laws, and infringement processes
- Robust conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently in a public-facing environment
- Experience using handheld infringement devices or parking enforcement systems (desirable)
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- Current National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
