What you'll need to succeedHave 10+ years’ experience as an Architect – within the Australian marketProven senior leadership experience within an architectural practice.Strong business development and client relationship capabilityCommercially minded with a clear understanding of project economics and resourcingExceptional communication, relationship building and stakeholder engagement skillsExpertise across sectors such as; Sport & Recreation, Education, Community Experience in public sector projects essential A collaborative, values-aligned approach - focusing on growth, mentoring and high-performance cultureMust be in Australia currently and have full Australian working rights
