Your new role
As a Solution Designer, you will provide specialist technical design expertise across complex Salesforce programs and projects. You will translate business, architectural and technical requirements into detailed, practical solution designs that meet functional and non-functional requirements. Key responsibilities include:

- Designing scalable Salesforce solutions and producing detailed design documents and technical artefacts
- Defining requirements across performance, scalability, resilience, observability, recoverability and security
- Ensuring designs align with Salesforce architecture, product roadmaps and organisational standards
- Developing system integration designs and patterns across Salesforce and other technologies
- Presenting solutions through governance and technical forums
- Supporting developers, testers, business analysts and production support teams
- Contributing to planning and delivery activities within an Agile and SAFe environment
- Undertaking hands-on prototypes and proofs of concept to gather early business feedback





What you'll need to succeed Good experience in a Solution Architect or similar design role delivering complex Salesforce projects Strong architectural knowledge across Salesforce clouds and industry solutions Practical experience with Salesforce and Vlocity/OmniStudio Experience designing non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, resilience, observability, recoverability and security Strong knowledge of system integration designs and patterns Hands-on prototyping and proof-of-concept experience Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to clearly explain solutions and risks Relevant Salesforce Architect certifications will be highly regarded An interest in accessibility and accessible design and development will be advantageous What you'll get in return Hybrid working arrangements in Victoria.
