We’re looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join our Group Risk & Compliance team.

In this role, you’ll play an important part in the operational oversight of regulatory compliance across Cuscal, with a focus on regulatory obligation management, compliance assurance, regulatory change and financial product compliance.

You’ll also make an impact by:

- Supporting the ongoing management of Cuscal’s compliance framework and risk and compliance system
- Maintaining key compliance registers, monitoring plans, training plans and consolidated compliance reporting
- Developing and reviewing compliance policies, standards and guidance
- Performing compliance reviews and control assurance activities to assess adherence to key regulatory obligations




- Proactively monitoring emerging regulatory and legislative change, assessing potential impacts and recommending appropriate actions
- Providing stakeholders with updates and guidance on regulatory developments across APRA, ASIC, AUSTRAC, OAIC and DIA requirements
- Supporting regulatory certifications, reporting and engagement
- Overseeing the risk and compliance training calendar and contributing to the design of compliance training programs
- Supporting audit activities and responses to external information requests
- Providing regular and ad hoc compliance reporting and analysis to management.
