About the Role

Norco is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive growth across Brisbane

Managing an established territory with strong brand recognition, you'll build trusted customer partnerships, identify new business opportunities and play a key role in growing the Norco brand across your territory.

Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, you'll enjoy the autonomy of a field-based role while being supported by an experienced, collaborative and successful national sales team. You'll take ownership of your territory, using market insights, structured planning and disciplined execution to deliver outstanding commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned to growth targets and business objectives
- Deliver sales growth through effective account management and territory ownership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors and key stakeholders
- Identify and convert current business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
- Manage distributor relationships to maximise distribution and unlock growth opportunities
- Execute an effective call cycle to ensure consistent customer engagement across all outlets
- Utilise CRM systems to capture insights, manage activity and support data-driven decision-making
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- Deliver excellence in-store through:

- Product ranging and positioning
- Pricing and promotional execution
- Fridge and cooler standards
- Stock rotation and availability
- Point-of-sale and merchandising initiatives





Conduct store audits and promotional reviewsProvide accurate reporting, forecasts and market insightsManage expenses in line with budget and company guidelines

About You

You are a motivated and relationship-focused sales skilled who enjoys working autonomously while being part of a collaborative team, building customer partnerships and achieving commercial results.

You'll bring:

- Experience in FMCG, field sales, territory management or account management
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills
- The ability to identify opportunities and convert them into sustainable business growth
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- A current and valid driver's licence

Experience within dairy, beverage, FMCG or foodservice categories will be highly regarded.
