JOBDESCRIPTION:VENUEMANAGER

Permanent Part-Time

Hopsters Co-operative Brewery is looking for a bar manager to run our Enmore Road taproom, leading a small team on a 27+ hourper week Thursday to Monday roster.

About us:

Hopsters is Australia's first co-operative brewery, with close to 1000 members, we are member owned and member run. With tons of events of at the taproom including live music, comedy, Cicerone training, drag nights, homebrew comps, beer tastings and tap takeover, we are a busy little venue!

The role:

Managingthe bar: bar service, customer and member experience, RSA, event liaising

Leadership: training casual staff,help planevents, promos and specials, plus the occasional festivals and events outside of the taproom

About You:

- 1+ years in a busy hospitality venue, with supervisorexperience - brewery taproom experience favourable
- Confident leading teams and communicating under pressure
- Physically able to lift kegs and cases
- Thursday to Monday availability(midnight closes Fridays and Saturdays)
- Full working rights in Australia and NSW RSA
- Beer knowledge is highly regarded
- Level 5 bar supervisor - Permanent Part-Time (inc super and annual leave)

- Cicerone training and opportunities to be at collab brew days

- Potential to grow into a Full-Time role in 2026
