About the role:

As Assistant Manager,



you’ll be the driving force behind our front-of-house operations, ensuring every shift runs like clockwork. Working closely with our Venue Manager, you'll help create a seamless experience for both our guests and staff, playing a vital role in the smooth day-to-day operation of the venue.

Responsibilities:

- Managing front-of-house operations
- Providing professional and friendly service to customers
- Managing employees
- Ensuring compliance with venue regulations
- Working with the functions and events team

What we are looking for:

- Ability to work productively and professionally in a pub-style environment.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with staff and customers.
- A willingness to work in a team environment.
- Be willing to work a range of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
- You will need an Approved Manager Card
- Management experience is essential.
- Minimum 2 years experience in same or similar role is desirable
