Customer Service Representative –Logistics Industry

Ongoing Part-Time Role | Monday to Friday | 12:00pm – 5:00pm

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join a rapid‑paced warehouse environment working with a global industry leader.

This is an ongoing part‑time opportunity offering consistent weekday hours and a supportive team culture. As the first point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations within the warehouse and distribution team.

Key Responsibilities

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing orders and updating customer information
- Liaising with warehouse staff regarding deliveries and dispatch
- Managing data entry and administrative tasks




- Providing professional and efficient customer support
- Assisting with general operational coordination

What We're Looking For

- Previous customer service or administration experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
- Good computer and data entry skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented attitude
