Oaks Hervey Bay Resort and Spa are looking for a friendly, flexible, and guest-focused Guest Experience Attendant to join our team, someone who can confidently assist across both Front Office operations on a casual basis.
This is a hands-on, energetic role perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a guest-facing environment. You'll be a key part role in the overall hotel experience, ensuring our guests feel welcome, well cared for, and delighted from check-in to check-out, while also assisting within housekeeping operations.
- Welcome guests on arrival and handle check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth
- Assist with housekeeping duties including servicing rooms and public areas as required
- Provide local recommendations, handle guest requests, and respond to feedback promptly
- Support linen handling, room setup, and presentation standards
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to brand and cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date guest records
Work Environment
- Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
- Shift times scheduled within 6:00am to 10:00pm
- Long term opportunity.
Hourly Rates (excluding superannuation):
Monday - Friday: $34.96 per hour
Saturday: $41.96 per hour
Sunday: $48.95 per hour
