This role is part of our Sydney projects team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring flawless delivery to meet customer expectations and needs, including on-time and on-budget completion of a variety of projects. You will build and maintain excellent customer relationships and demonstrate strong organizational and technical innovation skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and prepare project deliverables required to initiate, develop, and execute assigned projects.
- Supply leadership and manage projects to meet performance and project requirements.
- Ensure project financial status is regularly reviewed and updated.
- Maintain high quality of work and compliance with OHS&E; standards.




- Effectively manage customer and contractor relationships.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and solutions that enable continuous organizational initiatives.
- Demonstrate discipline, professionalism, ethics, and accuracy under limited timeframe pressures.

Qualifications

- Trade certificate in Electrical/HVAC or an engineering qualification with BMS or HVAC experience.
- Strong background in Building Automation Systems (BAS) and overall design intent, controller product design, and alternative solutions.
- Experience conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
- Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Project, and Visio.
- BIM and AutoCAD skills are advantageous.
- Ability to adapt and develop through digital transformation.
