About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Public Health Sanitation Inspector to ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards in Queenstown . This vital role involves conducting regular inspections of various establishments, including food service operations, public facilities, and residential areas, to identify and mitigate potential health hazards. You will play a key part in protecting community health by enforcing regulations, educating business owners and the public, and investigating sanitation-related complaints. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of public health codes and excellent investigative and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct routine and complaint-based inspections of food establishments, public accommodations, and other facilities to assess sanitation standards.
- Enforce local and national public health codes and regulations related to sanitation and hygiene.
- Investigate reports of unsanitary conditions, nuisões, and potential public health risks.

Requirements
