We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a high-performing maintenance team within a leading food manufacturing facility.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically skilled fitter looking for stability, consistent hours and a long-term career with a company that genuinely values its people.
The Opportunity
Working Monday to Friday on a 6:00am - 2:00pm day shift, you will play a key role in keeping a busy food manufacturing facility running efficiently.
You’ll join a well-established maintenance team with solid tenure, meaning you’ll be surrounded by experienced tradespeople who know the site, support each other and take pride in keeping the operation running.
The role will involve a combination of preventative and reactive maintenance,
fault finding and continuous improvement across a range of production and packaging equipment.

About You
We’re looking for a qualified Mechanical Fitter / Maintenance Fitter who enjoys working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
You will ideally have:
- Mechanical Fitter / Fitter & Turner trade qualification
- Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing or industrial manufacturing
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with preventative and breakdown maintenance
- A proactive approach to maintenance and reliability
- Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit maintenance team
