About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, client-focused Physiotherapist to join our mobile care team. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services directly in clients’ homes and community settings across Greater Brisbane.

This role offers flexibility, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to work in a purpose-driven environment where client-centred care comes first.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver mobile physiotherapy services to clients in their homes or community
- Complete assessments, develop personalised treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Support clients with musculoskeletal, neurological, aged care, post-surgical and chronic conditions
- Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, GPs, and allied health professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and reporting




- Ensure every interaction reflects compassion, professionalism, and strong communication

What We’re Looking For

- Degree in Physiotherapy (AHPRA registered)
- Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment skills
- Excellent communication and rapport-building
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- A commitment to client-centred, compassionate care
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS worker screening (or willingness to obtain)
