Leading a team responsible for supporting employer clients and novated customers throughout the lifecycle of their lease arrangements, you'll play a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Novated Account Managers.
- Drive service excellence and customer satisfaction outcomes.
- Monitor workflow, service standards, team performance and operational KPIs.
- Partner with employer clients and internal stakeholders to achieve outstanding customer outcomes.
- Act as the escalation point for complex customer and account management matters.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Use data and insights to monitor performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable and customer-focused team culture.
- Support team capability through ongoing coaching, development and performance management.

- Strong customer and account management capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to balance people leadership with hands-on operational involvement.

Highly regarded:

- Knowledge of novated lease administration and FBT.
- Experience managing employer client relationships.
- Understanding of account reconciliations and account maintenance activities.
- Finance, business or leadership qualifications.
