This role provides the backbone to a successful team and requires a person with drive and ambition to get things done.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the Logistics team to provide support
- Preparing and managing weekly Rosters
- Overseeing the local distribution team
- Checking driver trip and fatigue sheets
- Monitoring fatigue and records
- Ensuring compliance across the logistics team
- Managing vehicle movements and utilisation of equipment
- Communicating with drivers and team members
- Checking and updating our Job Management System
- Liaising and building rapport with customers
- Assisting with Incident Reporting and Investigation
- Assisting with HACCP and HVA Audits
- Spreadsheet reporting and data analysis
- Rotation of assisting with after-hours phone calls
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Prior transport administration experience (highly regarded)
- Excellent time management skills, planning and organisational skills
- Solid written and verbal communication
- Strong skills in using applications such as Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel
- Certificate, Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent (highly regarded)
- Forklift and/or Truck licence (highly regarded but not essential)
- Experience in a similar role.
