Alto Construction (WA) Pty Ltd is a Perth-based developer-builder delivering high quality multi-residential and mixed-use developments across Western Australia.

We are seeking a motivated Site Supervisor to join our construction team and assist in the delivery of multi-residential projects, in Carnarvon, Geraldton and Margaret River.

This FIFO role is ideal for someone looking to further develop their career in construction supervision within a hands-on and supportive setting, working closely under an experienced Site Manager.

About the Role

- Assisting the Site Manager with the day-to-day coordination of subcontractors and trades
- Monitoring site progress and maintaining construction programmes
- Supporting site safety and quality control processes
- Assisting with material deliveries and site logistics
- Coordinating site activities to ensure works are completed efficiently
- Maintaining site presentation and compliance requirements
- Assisting with defect management and project completion activities




- Working collaboratively within the site team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard

About You

- Previous experience in residential or commercial construction
- Ability to work effectively under the direction of a Site Manager
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- A positive, reliable and proactive attitude
- Good understanding of construction processes and site safety requirements
- Ability to build strong working relationships with trades and subcontractors
- Desire to grow and develop within the construction industry
