Take Charge of Construction Projects in a Senior Supervisory Role

Synergie Australia is seeking a Senior Supervisor for a trusted government client located in Cannon Hill.

The important parts:

- Pay: $65–$75 per hour + Super
- Duration: Commencing as soon as possible until 29 January 2027 (potential for extension)

What you will be required to do:

In this hands‑on supervisory role, you will:

- Supervise tradespeople and apprentices across project activities
- Monitor staff performance, productivity and quality of work
- Assist with preparing project estimates and quotations
- Monitor workplace health and safety requirements on construction sites
- Maintain accurate records and communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Promote a positive, protected and productive working environment





To be successful in the role you will require:

- Experience preparing estimates and quotations
- Previous experience supervising trade staff and apprentices
- Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
