The role
This role is all about growth: winning new business, building existing accounts and driving sales across the cardboard and packaging market in South East Queensland. You'll have a proven business model, an established customer base and a supportive team behind you, along with the freedom to make the role your own.
What you'll be doing
- Finding and winning new business in the cardboard and packaging sector
- Spotting opportunities for carton, corrugated board and protective packaging solutions
- Building robust, long-term customer relationships
- Managing and growing existing customer accounts
- Preparing proposals, quotes and sales strategies
- Hitting sales and revenue targets
What you'll bring
- Proven sales experience in cardboard, packaging or corrugated products
- Existing industry relationships and market knowledge (highly regarded)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A track record of finding and closing new business
- Self-motivation and a real focus on customers
- A current driver's licence
