Manage dual-function GTO and ANT caseloads across Katherine. Deliver hands-on mentorship, compliance tracking, apprentice sign-ups, and host business relationships across urban and remote cattle station runs with back-up support.
The Job You'd Be Taking On
- Conduct apprentice sign-ups, workplace inspections, and cattle station runs
- Administer Training Contracts aligned to contract and legislative obligations
- Drive performance, attendance, and welfare conversations with apprentices and hosts
- Promote apprenticeship opportunities and build business networks across the region
- Maintain accurate case notes, compliance records, and reporting metrics
You, in a Nutshell
- Manual NT Driver’s Licence
- VET system and IR framework knowledge
- Remote NT travel capability
- Experience in dual compliance and stakeholder relationship management
- Proven engagement skills with diverse clients, including Indigenous communities
