IBS Therapy Group is seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our growing team on a subcontractor basis.
We welcome practitioners who are looking for current referrals through IBS Therapy Group , as well as established practitioners who already have their own caseload and would like to join our organisation while continuing to support their existing participants , subject to participant choice, consent, compliance and onboarding requirements.
The Role
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner with IBS Therapy Group, you will provide high-quality Positive Behaviour Support services to NDIS participants, including:
- Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA)
- Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans
- Behaviour assessments and evidence-based interventions
- Behaviour Support Plan implementation and training
- Restrictive practice documentation and reporting where applicable
- Participant, family and stakeholder consultation
- Progress reports and NDIS documentation
- Collaboration with Support Coordinators, allied health professionals and service providers
Who We Are Looking For
We are particularly interested in practitioners who have:
- Demonstrated experience in Positive Behaviour Support
- Experience completing FBAs and Behaviour Support Plans
- Strong understanding of NDIS Quality and Safeguards requirements
- Excellent clinical report-writing skills
- Ability to independently manage a caseload
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and required compliance documentation

We can discuss a suitable subcontracting arrangement based on your experience, practitioner level, current caseload and billable capacity .
