SRA Sports Therapy - Physiotherapist (High Performance Role)
SRA Sports Therapy , is a high-performance and rehabilitation facility based in Melbourne, dedicated to developing athletes through an integrated model of s&c;, physiotherapy, and athletic development.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and aligned Physiotherapist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about working in a high-performance workplace, enjoys supporting athletes and is driven to develop their craft beyond standard private practice. The position will begin with 10-15 hours per week, with a strong opportunity for growth for the right clinician.

Role Overview
As a Physiotherapist at SRA, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation while integrating into the broader athlete development system. You will work closely with coaches to ensure athletes are not only returning from injury but returning ready to perform.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing physiotherapy treatments
- Design, implement, and progress gym-based rehabilitation programs
- Collaborate with S&C; coaches on return-to-play and performance planning
- Communicate clearly with athletes, parents, and coaches
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
- Integrate rehabilitation into on-floor coaching and performance environments
- Participate in internal education, mentorship, and CPD sessions
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance (AHPRA-mandated)
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Required Experience
- 1+ year experience in private practice or sporting environments
- Confidence in musculoskeletal (MSK) assessments
- Strong communication skills with athletes, parents, and coaches
