Core Talent is seeking a maintenance tradesperson for a day‑shift role in Braeside, VIC. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience as a Maintenance Fitter, Dual Trade Technician or Industrial Electrician, with a focus on reliability and uptime in a food manufacturing setting.

You will work with production and maintenance teams across planned and reactive tasks, including fault finding, preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades in a well‑established plant.
