About Our School

A Catholic systemic secondary school for boys in the Marist tradition, Years 7-12 (currently 980 students), Marcellin College Randwick forms honourable young men who can contribute to the creation of a better world. About You

As a Director of Wellbeing , you will inspire students through engaging, student-centered teaching within a Catholic learning environment. The position is a 3-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years, however your teaching position will be full-time and permanent. You'll bring:

- experience in leading the pastoral and academic care of students
- experience in providing support to students, teachers and parents/carers in the behaviour management of students
- possess highly developed leadership and teamwork skills
- strong classroom management and student well-being focus
- ability to create inclusive, rigorous learning experiences
- a tertiary qualification in Education and NESA accreditation
