- Deliver practical and classroom-basedtraining for new and existing drivers
- Conduct competency assessments across bulktanker, cylinder and ISO operations
- Coach and mentor drivers to strengthencapability and safe driving practices
- Conduct in-cab observations, routeassessments and field safety audits
- Deliver Dangerous Goods awareness,defensive driving and vehicle risk management training
- Support driver competency reassessmentsand ongoing development
- Review driver performance and providepractical coaching following driving events, incidents or non-conformances
- Contribute to driver training materials,competency assessments, SOPs and toolbox talks
- Support transport safety, compliance andcontinuous improvement initiatives

What makes you great

- Certificate IVin Training and Assessment TAE40122 or equivalent
- Current Multi Combination (MC) Licence
- Dangerous Goods experience across LPG and/or cryogenic tankers
- Minimum 5 years' heavy vehicle driving experience
- Experience delivering driver training and competency assessments
- Knowledge of Heavy Vehicle National Law, Chain of Responsibility, fatiguemanagement and Dangerous Goods requirements
- Strong understanding of defensive driving and safe vehicle operations
- Ability to coach, mentor and communicate effectively in a practical operationalenvironment
