Job Description

- SBA demand for TOM (Target Operating Model)

- Strongbusiness analysis capability (primary focus – 60-65%)





- OperatingModel knowledge and experience ( Lead (as BA role with allocated Service) future‑stateprocess and operating model design, build and embed activities includingprocess mapping, workshops, accountability models (e.g. RASCI), andalignment to value chains or capabilities)

- Technical& data awareness (40%)- Act as a bridge between business intent and solutiondelivery, supporting translation of TOM requirements into solution‑levelconsiderations

- Tools and tracking throughVisio, JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint to name a few
