About HaltH
Every day, people miss out on health funding they're entitled to, not because it isn't there, but because accessing it is so much harder than it should be.
Outdated terminals, manual steps, and disconnected systems create friction at the very moment care should feel supportive.
HaltH exists to change that.
We're building a new experience layer for health: one that connects directly to the world's health funding and makes payments, claiming, and coverage work together in a single, clear, intuitive flow.
Integrated seamlessly into the practice management software providers already use, HaltH combines up-to-date payment technology with real-time health funding intelligence.
The result: people access the care and support available to them, and providers deliver smoother, more confident experiences.
We're beginning with Australia's allied health community, and building toward a future where being healthy is easier.
We're looking for a best-in-the-world marketing lead
You're someone who believes that great marketing doesn't just generate awareness - it builds trust. You understand that in health, trust is everything. You're a storyteller and a strategist in equal measure, equally comfortable crafting a brand narrative and interrogating a campaign's attribution data.
The role
We're hiring a best-in-class Marketing Lead to lead HaltH's go-to-market presence and build the foundation of a brand that healthcare providers and patients come to rely on.
This role blends creative brand-building with growth-oriented performance marketing, and sits at the heart of how HaltH shows up in the world.
You will:
- Own HaltH's brand voice, visual identity, and positioning - ensuring every touchpoint reflects who we are and what we stand for
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness and adoption among allied health providers across Australia
- Build content and thought leadership that earns genuine trust in the health community
- Collaborate closely with the product and sales teams to translate complex capabilities into clear, compelling narratives
- Instrument and analyse marketing performance, iterating quickly based on what you learn
And critically, you bring a genuine curiosity for, and interest in, the health category.
You understand that the people we serve - physios, occupational therapists, psychologists, and the patients who rely on them - deserve to be spoken to with clarity, care, and respect. You know that in health, the way you communicate is as important as what you communicate.
You'll spend time with the team and health providers, listening deeply, learning the language of the sector, and bringing those insights back into everything HaltH puts into the world.
You'll work across:
- Brand strategy, positioning, and identity
- Content marketing, thought leadership, and education
- Performance marketing, CRM, and lifecycle communications
- Events, partnerships, and community building within the allied health sector
In this role, you don't just run campaigns. You build a brand that a whole category comes to trust - and you do it with the rigour, taste, and empathy that health demands.
Allied health is a relationship-driven sector with deeply embedded habits and a high degree of trust required to change them. Your signature challenge is to establish HaltH as the definitive name in health payments and health funding - not through noise, but through genuine relevance. You'll need to earn the attention of busy providers, speak credibly into a category steeped in complexity, and build momentum from a standing start.
What you'll do
- Develop and own HaltH's brand and marketing strategy,
from annual planning through to daily execution
- Create and manage content across owned, earned, and paid channels
- Build provider-facing education and onboarding campaigns that drive activation and retention
- Lead HaltH's presence at industry events and within allied health communities
- Partner with the product team on launches, ensuring new features land with clarity and impact
- Track and report on marketing performance with a focus on outcomes, not outputs
What you bring
- 2-5+ years in a marketing role, with meaningful experience in B2B, healthtech, or regulated industries
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both brand thinking and performance marketing capability
- Excellent writing and communication skills - you can distill complexity into language that resonates
- Experience building marketing functions from early stages, comfortable with ambiguity and resourcefulness
- Sharp analytical instincts and fluency with modern marketing tooling
And importantly:
- You care about the mission - health access matters to you, not just as a brief, but as a reason to get the work right
- You're a self-starter who takes ownership without needing to be managed
- You bring taste, judgement, and creative standards that raise the bar around you
- You're energised by building something, not just running it
- We're intentional, well supported, and building for long-term impact
- You'll work on challenges that matter deeply to people and communities
- You'll have ownership and influence from day one
- Your ideas will shape the product, the company, and the category itself
- You'll receive equity and think like an owner
- You'll grow quickly while building something important, at pace, in the open
- You'll join a team guided by clarity, honesty, magic, and purpose
Location
This is a full-time, in-office role in Sydney.
We believe extraordinary work emerges when talented people share energy, momentum, and space - in real life.
