ABOUT THIS ROLE

As our Partnerships Development Officer, you will lead the development and stewardship of strategic partnerships that support both our mission and long-term sustainability. You'll work with corporate partners, foundations, and community stakeholders to unlock new opportunities, funding streams, and collaborative initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Identifying and developing new partnership and funding opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners
- Creating compelling proposals and partnership pitches
- Representing the organisation at meetings, events, and networking opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams to align partnerships with program goals
- Tracking partnership activity, income, and impact
- Supporting storytelling, reporting, and partner engagement





WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience in partnerships, fundraising, business development, or a related field
- Robust relationship-building and communication skills
- Confidence in outreach, networking, and presenting
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Organised, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Alignment with our mission and values

Desirable

- Experience in the not-for-profit sector
- Grant writing or sponsorship experience
- Existing network of relevant contacts
