We’re looking for a Maintenance Officer to join our hands‑on Facilities team and help keep our venues, sporting clubs and facilities operating safely, smoothly and to a high standard.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys being active, takes pride in their work and is confident tackling a range of maintenance, repairs and general upkeep tasks. You’ll work across our five licensed venues and six sporting clubs, so no two days will be the same.

Reporting to our Facilities Manager, you’ll be part of a supportive team where everyone pitches in and gets the job done.

What you’ll be doing:

General Maintenance: Carry out a variety of maintenance, repairs and general upkeep across our venues, facilities and sporting clubs.

Repairs & Upkeep: Identify and attend to general maintenance issues, helping ensure our facilities remain safe, functional and well presented.

Facility Presentation: Take pride in maintaining the appearance and condition of our buildings, facilities and surrounding areas.

Contractor Support: Assist with coordinating and working alongside external contractors and tradespeople when required.

Compliance & Safety: Work in accordance with CSC Group policies, procedures, safety requirements and relevant legislation.

Reporting: Complete maintenance records, reports and other documentation as required.

Teamwork: Work closely with the Facilities Manager and wider team, jumping in where needed to keep our venues running smoothly.

About You:





We’re looking for someone who:

- Has practical maintenance experience or a background in a trade or similar hands‑on role
- Is confident using a range of basic tools and equipment
- Has strong problem‑solving skills and a practical approach
- Takes pride in keeping facilities well maintained and presented
- Has excellent communication skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Has strong time‑management skills and can prioritise competing tasks
- Is physically capable of undertaking manual work
- Has a current manual driver's licence
- Has a current forklift licence, or is willing to obtain one
- Holds, or is willing to obtain, First Aid and CPR
- Has a current Police Check, or is willing to obtain one
