- Pick up the full stack — frontend, backend, cloud and data — over your first 12 months
- Contribute to platform tooling, internal accelerators and developer experience
- Document what you learn so the next person can move faster
What we're looking for
- Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field (or graduating within the next six months)
- Working knowledge of git and modern software development practices
- Genuine curiosity about AI-assisted development workflows and agentic tooling — you don't need years of experience, just the appetite to learn
- Transparent written and verbal communication
- Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident, or eligible visa)
- Fundamentals of software engineering principles and design patterns (OOP, SOLID, and SOA)
- Foundational knowledge of classical Machine Learning and LLMs
