Your input will shape how the boutique runs day to day, from seasonal changeovers to new product launches. What You'll Own

- Managing daily stock movement and inventory accuracy through the boutique's inventory system
- Partnering with Head Office on stock transfers, shipments, returns and recalls




- Leading inventory preparation for seasonal changeovers and product launches
- Overseeing Ship from Store online orders, ensuringaccurateandtimelyfulfilment
- Supporting the retail team with visual merchandising standards on the boutique floor
- Raising maintenance issues with managementin a timely manner
- Supporting the client experience alongside the boutique team
- Implementing back of house processes in line with the delivery calendar
- Driving best practice stock procedures across the team

Who Thrives Here

- Previousexperience in stock management,operationsor sales within retail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, point of sale systems and inventory software
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- A proactive problem solver who takes initiative
