HolidayCo is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Holiday Property Manager to join our team at Ettalong Beach .
HolidayCo is a growing specialist holiday accommodation business managing hundreds of beautiful holiday homes across NSW. Our Central Coast portfolio includes properties throughout Ettalong Beach, Umina Beach, Pearl Beach, Patonga, Killcare and surrounding coastal areas .
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and can provide outstanding service to both our property owners and holiday guests .
About the role
You’ll be responsible for helping manage a portfolio of holiday properties.
Key responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with property owners
- Managing guest enquiries and delivering exceptional guest service
- Coordinating guest arrivals, departures and property requirements
- Conducting property inspections and presentation checks
- Liaising with cleaners, maintenance contractors and local suppliers
- Assisting with maintenance and resolving issues quickly
- Ensuring properties are presented to a high standard
- Helping maximise bookings, occupancy and returns for owners
- Assisting with bringing current holiday properties into the HolidayCo portfolio
- Working closely with reservations,
marketing and wider HolidayCo team
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and confident – you enjoy dealing with people and building relationships.
- Highly organised – you can manage multiple properties, guests and priorities without losing attention to detail.
- Solutions focused – when something unexpected happens, you’re comfortable taking ownership and finding a solution.
- Locally minded – knowledge of Ettalong Beach, the Peninsula and surrounding Central Coast areas would be a real advantage.
- Property or hospitality experienced – experience in real estate, property management, holiday accommodation, hotels, tourism or customer service would be highly regarded.
- Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a great attitude and a genuine commitment to customer service.
