The Enquire Learning Trust is seeking a Director of Skilled Learning to establish and grow the trust-wide apprenticeship provision. You will align training pathways from Level 3 to Level 6 with internal staff and external delegates, ensuring ESFA compliance and strong performance across academies.
You will lead development of the workforce training pathway, coordinate with the Director of School Improvement, and balance regulatory requirements with the trust's commercial ambitions.
