Our client is a boutique construction law firm in the Sydney CBD, acting across construction, property and commercial matters. A permanent opportunity has opened for a Construction and Property Lawyer with 3 to 6 years' PAE to work across construction and property matters, advisory and disputes.

About the role

You will work across construction and property matters for the firm's clients, with close support from the partners. You will:





- Draft and review construction, property and commercial documents
- Advise clients on their rights and obligations across projects and transactions
- Assist on disputes as they arise, from early notices through to resolution
- Support partners on high-profile matters
- Take on increasing carriage as your experience builds

What you'll bring

- 3 to 6 years' PAE
- Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
- Construction or property law experience, with exposure to both preferred
- Strong drafting skills and a cooperative approach
