About the Role

You’ll manage a residential portfolio from end to end, including inspections, maintenance, leasing, renewals, rent reviews and VCAT matters.

You’ll also act as a senior point of contact within the team, supporting junior staff and helping maintain strong processes and client relationships.

About You





We’re looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager with solid knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation and a proven ability to manage a portfolio independently.

You’re organised, confident, client-focused and accountable, with the ability to lead by example while still being hands-on.
