What will you do?

As the Hub Lead, you’ll provide visionary leadership and operational excellence to ensure a high-quality, inclusive, and values-driven early years’ and OSHC service that delivers exceptional outcomes for children, families, and the community.

- Lead daily operations, staff development, and a positive, team-oriented culture grounded in Catholic Social Teaching and MACSEYE’s mission and values
- Oversee budgets, occupancy, compliance, and property maintenance to ensure sustainable, high-quality service delivery
- Ensure full compliance with the National Quality Framework, regulations, and child safety standards through strong systems and continuous improvement
- Build meaningful partnerships with families, schools, and the wider community to foster engagement and shared outcomes
- Collaborate with MACSEYE and school leadership to align programs, events, and strategic goals across the integrated Children’s Hub
