About the Role:
Based in the Warragul office, manage a well-maintained portfolio of 150 properties using Property Me, with solid team support.
- Portfolio of 150 properties
- Full support with leasing, inspections & admin
- Focus on landlord & tenant relationships

- Ideal for a confident, self-managing Property Manage
About You:
- Ideally 1+ years’ property management experience Or
- Open to candidates with 12 months experience looking to step up
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Reliable car and valid driver’s licence
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
What’s on Offer:
- $60K – $75K base + super (negotiable depending on experience)
- $17K – $25K commission (conservative estimate)
- New business bonus structure
