About the Role

As an Agency Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care to residents within residential aged care facilities. You will be responsible for delivering secure, person-centred care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive resident outcomes.

Opportunities are available across a variety of aged care homes throughout the Central Coast, offering flexibility, variety and consistent work.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver safe,



high-quality nursing care to aged care residents
- Complete clinical assessments and care planning
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident health and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support and mentor care staff where required
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare teams

About You

- Recent experience as an Aged Care Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional, reliable and adaptable approach
- Passion for delivering person-centred aged care

Essential Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 12 months recent aged care nursing experience
- Current National Police Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Up-to-date vaccinations and immunisation records
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
