Foreman – Class 2 Residential

Brisbane & Gold Coast | 6–9 Month Contract | Multiple Projects
We are currently looking for experienced Foremen to join established builders across multiple Class 2 residential projects in both Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

These are long-term contract opportunities running for approximately 6–9 months, with the potential for further work across upcoming projects.
The Role

- Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities
- Manage construction works across structure, façade and finishes depending on experience
- Ensure programme, quality and safety requirements are achieved
- Conduct site inspections and manage defects
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and site presentation

About You




- Proven experience as a Foreman on Class 2 residential projects
- Strong apartment/multi-residential construction experience
- Experience working with reputable Tier 2 or established residential builders
- Strong subcontractor management skills
- Valuable understanding of programme, quality and WHS requirements
- Available for a 6–9 month contract
