Our client is a high-growth fintech, founded in Australia and expanding worldwide, with the purpose to give people the freedom to own it!
Due to growth within the business, they are seeking a compliance analyst to join their external dispute resolution team on an inital three month contract
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage customer disputes through conciliation and resolution, ensuring alignment with AFCA Rules and regulatory obligations.
- Prepare clear, balanced and well-structured submissions to AFCA
- Support EDR reporting and governance by identifying trends, root causes, risk themes and customer impacts.
- Acting as a key escalation point for complex matters.
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years experience in compliance, legal, dispute resolution or financial services
- Exposure to AFCA
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and contribute to practical improvements.
