We are on the hunt for a sharp, dependable Transport Administrator to jump into the busy Auburn Site for the afternoon shift (2pm-10pm Monday-Friday). What You'll Be Doing

Working directly alongside the Transport Management & Scheduling Team, you'll be the engine keeping our operational paperwork and administration running smoothly:

- Handling linehaul paperwork and conducting thorough driver debriefs
- Managing local pick-up documentation and compliance checks
- Auditing Proof of Deliveries (PODs) against driver runsheets with precision
- Delivering top-tier customer service via phone and email
- Providing direct, hands-on administrative support to keep the shift moving seamlessly

What You'll Bring to the Team

- Previous experience within the transport/logistics industry is essential.
