We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our accomplished project delivery team. This is an opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys leading challenging projects, collaborating with high-performing teams, and delivering outstanding results from planning through to completion.

Working across advanced industrial facilities, technical developments, and education projects, you’ll play a key role in delivering solutions that create lasting value for our clients and the industries we support.

About the Role

As a Project Manager at Wiley, you’ll take ownership of delivering complex construction projects from initial planning through to successful completion. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality, while leading teams and building solid relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of complex construction projects across Industrial, Complex Commercial, Education, and related sectors

- Manage project safety, quality, program, and financial performance

- Lead project teams to achieve project milestones, performance targets, and successful delivery outcomes

- Develop project programs, forecast resources, and manage subcontractor performance

- Coordinate design development, constructability reviews, and technical requirements

- Manage commercial outcomes including budgets, variations, contracts, and project risks





- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders

- Champion Wiley’s project management systems, values, and commitment to industry best practice

What You’ll Bring

- 10+ years’ experience delivering complex construction projects as a Project Manager

- A tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, project management, or a related discipline

- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage challenging project environments

- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts, budgets, and project risks

- Comprehensive understanding of construction safety, quality, and compliance requirements

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills

- A passion for delivering outstanding results and creating positive project outcomes
