Key responsibilities
- Assisting funeral directors with the preparation and conducting of funeral services.
- Transferring deceased persons from hospitals, aged care facilities and private residences.
- Driving and maintaining funeral vehicles.
- Providing respectful and professional assistance to families.

- Is reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Takes pride in their personal presentation and maintains a neat, qualified appearance.
- Has a calm, respectful and practical approach to their work.
- Is physically capable of assisting with transfers and other manual tasks.
- Holds a current driver's licence.
- Can work independently as well as part of a small, supportive team.
- Has some flexibility to work occasional evenings, late nights and weekends when required.
