- Produce high-quality written content including articles, sponsored content, website copy, case studies, email communications, and other marketing materials.
- Support internal communications through staff updates, newsletters and organisational announcements.
- Assist with content gathering, stakeholder liaison, interviews and story development.
- Monitor social media performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement and reach.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including meeting coordination, note-taking and action tracking.
- Support broader marketing and communications projects as required.
About you:
- At least 1-2 years' experience in marketing, communications, content creation, social media or a related field.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and channels.
- Experience creating content for organisational social media accounts.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence working with stakeholders across different teams to gather information and develop engaging content.
- A proactive,
cooperative approach and a willingness to contribute new ideas.
- Experience using social media scheduling, content management or email marketing platforms is desirable.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro, is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of the aged care, disability or community services sectors is desirable but not required.
We offer
- Rewarding work as part of an organisation that makes a difference to peoples’ lives.
- Competitive salary and employment conditions, including salary packaging provisions – reduce tax and increase your take home pay.
- Additional 3.5 days leave (pro-rata), and the ability to purchase additional leave.
