We are supporting a leading architecture and design practice in the search for a Studio Assistant to join their Sydney team.
This is a varied, people-focused role responsible for the day-to-day running of reception and supporting the wider studio. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and employees, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional studio environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and ensure the reception and meeting areas are consistently well presented.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors and manage incoming calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, couriers and deliveries.
- Monitor and replenish kitchen, stationery and general studio supplies.
- Coordinate catering, refreshments and other requirements for client meetings and internal events.
- Maintain staff registers, contractor records and general studio information.
- Assist with invoicing, credit card reconciliations and other administrative tasks.
- Support facilities coordination, maintenance requests and general upkeep of the studio.
- Assist with printing, binding and presentation requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the Studio Coordinator, EAs and wider Operations team.
- Assist with ad hoc studio tasks and external errands as required.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a reception, administration or office support role.
- Experience within architecture, design, property or another professional services environment would be highly regarded.
- Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, personable approach.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and comfortable taking initiative.
- Pride in maintaining a professional, organised and welcoming workplace.
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to manage responsibilities independently.
- A flexible attitude and willingness to assist across a broad range of tasks.
