We are looking for a Junior Estimator to join our busy and growing smash repair business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and wants to build a long-term career in vehicle estimating and crash repair.

The Role

Working alongside our experienced team, you will assist with assessing damaged vehicles and preparing accurate repair estimates.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Inspecting vehicles and identifying accident damage

- Assisting with repair estimates and quotes

- Taking photos and documenting vehicle damage

- Preparing parts and labour requirements

- Liaising with insurers, customers, suppliers and repairers

- Assisting with insurance claims and repair processes

- Updating estimating and job management systems

- Supporting the estimating and production teams to ensure jobs run smoothly

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about cars and the automotive industry

- Keen to learn and develop their estimating skills

- Reliable, organised and highly motivated





- A strong communicator with valuable customer service skills

- Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems

- Able to work well in a busy team environment

- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy

Automotive, panel beating, spray painting or smash repair experience is highly regarded, but we are willing to train the right person.
