What will you be doing?
- Grow and expand the Residential HVAC dealer network and electrical trade store channel across WA.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Manage and strengthen existing customer relationships to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and alternative channels to market.
- Deliver product training, support product launches and drive customer engagement.
- Work closely with the National Marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market opportunities.
- Prepare customer proposals, pricing agreements and business plans.
- Provide regular sales reporting and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Do you have the following skills and experience?
- Proven business development, account management or sales experience.
- HVAC, electrical, trade, building products or related industry experience highly regarded.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation and customer management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive and results driven.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout WA.
