We are seeking a motivated and reliable Service Technician to join our Rural Team, specialising in the repair, maintenance and servicing of steel rainwater tanks and associated equipment. While previous experience in a similar role is desirable, full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair steel rainwater tanks and related equipment
- Prepare tools, materials and equipment for upcoming jobs
- Complete work safely and in line with company quality standards and WHS requirements
- Provide job updates and complete service reports
- Assist in the factory during wet weather or quieter periods
- Maintain company vehicles, tools and equipment
About You:
- Willing to travel to regional and remote locations, including overnight stays
- Unrestricted car drivers license;
- White card, First Aid and Confined Space certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Comfortable using mobile devices and online reporting systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
