About the role

You'll be the CEO's second in command and the public face of the OMG Academy workshops. One week you're teaching a room of business owners to build a Google & Meta Ads campaigns. The next you're closing a corporate group booking, refining the workshop playbook and helping the CEO plan the next city. It's a hands-on senior role with real influence. You'll present, sell, operate and help shape where the program goes next, with the backing of Australia's largest independent agency behind you.

Key responsibilities

- Lead presenter at two-day workshops, owning the Google Ads and Meta Ads content

- Keep the room energised and engaged, from the opening session to the final Q&A;

- Work hands-on with attendees: audit their accounts, troubleshoot campaigns and get them live before they leave

- Keep content current as Google and Meta platforms change, and lift the standard of every session

- Represent OMG Academy at expos, partner events and speaking engagements

- Drive workshop ticket sales through calls, emails, follow-ups and in-person conversations

- Use your Google Ads and Meta Ads credibility to turn enquiries into enrolments

- Spot and pursue new revenue: corporate and group bookings, partnerships and repeat attendees

- Work directly with the CEO on strategy, planning and day-to-day operations

- Help plan the national workshop calendar and the program's expansion

About you

- Experience in digital marketing, with deep hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads expertise at a senior or head-of level

- A track record presenting to groups: workshops, seminars, conferences or training. You're engaging, clear and confident on stage

- Proven sales ability, comfortable leading conversations and closing





- The ability to turn technical platform knowledge into plain language for business owners

- Excellent planning and time management; you run your own day without being told how

- Willingness and availability to travel interstate regularly

- Based on the east coast of Australia (Sydney preferred; Brisbane or Melbourne considered)

- Australian work rights

- Nice to have: Agency-side experience in a client-facing or leadership role

- Nice to have: Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
