d-spa, a leading dental practice in South Yarra, is seeking a full-time Junior Dental Assistant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will provide valuable support to our dentists in delivering exceptional patient care.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting dentists during procedures by passing instruments, handling materials and ensuring a smooth workflow
- Sterilising and maintaining dental equipment and instruments
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies
- Greeting patients, managing appointment schedules and providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Performing basic laboratory tasks such as pouring models and trimming impressions
What we're looking for
- Enthusiastic, positive learning attitude
- No Dental Experience required - Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualification also considered
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and our collaborative team
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for the dental industry and a genuine desire to provide high-quality patient care
